Day 1: Delhi – Agra
Our representative will pick you up at 7:00 AM to transport you to Agra via the Yamuna Expressway, a journey that typically takes approximately 3 hours. Upon arrival in Agra, our representative will greet you and help you with the hotel check-in process. Following check-in, our representative will introduce you to your tour guide, who will provide a guided tour of the city and the iconic Taj Mahal. You'll then have some time for lunch or to freshen up.
Proceed for sightseeing:-
After rejuvenating both mentally and physically, your guide will first lead you to the Taj Mahal, the primary attraction in Agra. Before experiencing the moonlight view, it's advisable to explore the Taj Mahal in daylight with your guide to fully grasp and appreciate all the details. Note that guides are not permitted inside the Taj Mahal during the moonlight viewing. Following your visit to the Taj Mahal, the tour will proceed to Agra Fort, a majestic structure crafted from red sandstone and encircled by imposing walls and moats. After exploring these historical monuments, you can also visit handicraft bazaars renowned for their inlaid marble souvenirs—Agra's specialty. Once your sightseeing is complete, return to your hotel. Ensure an early dinner to allow for the night visit to the Taj Mahal. Your driver will transport you to the Taj Mahal according to the time specified on your pre-booked ticket. Arrive at Shilpgram parking half an hour before the scheduled time for security checks. Now, under the silver moonlight, witness the enchanting beauty of the Taj Mahal. Day 2: Agra to Delhi (via Fatehpur Sikri)
Following breakfast at your hotel, you will be transported to Delhi via Fatehpur Sikri. Departing from the city of the Taj Mahal, your journey will take you to Fatehpur Sikri, situated one hour west of Agra. Fatehpur Sikri is a remarkable showcase of Mughal architecture, reflecting a harmonious blend of Hindu, Persian, and Mughal artistic influences. Notably, the Buland Darwaza, the largest gate in the Asian subcontinent, is located in Fatehpur Sikri. After lunch, the journey will continue directly to Delhi without any interruptions or delays.
